My journey.

The first person I taught yoga to was my dad. We were out by the water, on our mats, when he asked me if I could talk him through what I was doing. I did so, and instantly realised how much joy it brought me to share my knowledge with him. During the lockdowns I taught many classes to friends and family over zoom and the feedback I got was so wonderful that it inspired me to set up my business. Being able to create a space where people can focus on simply being in the present moment, being mindful, caring for themselves, their mental wellbeing, their physical state and generally feeling better in their own body & mind is the best thing I could ever imagine doing with my time.

I teach in and around Urrugne as well as online, in both French and English. My classes are inspired by my Hatha & Vinyasa yoga training, you can expect slow, strong and grounding classes suited for intermediate or advanced practitioners. Please get in touch to join a class!

Yoga one to one.

Yoga is traditionally taught directly from one teacher to one student. If you are looking to deepen your practice or have specific needs that would benefit from one to one classes, it would be my absolute pleasure to guide you and help you develop your practice.

Yoga at work.

Are you and your co-workers looking for some movement to break up your day at the office? Yoga at the workplace is hugely beneficial for lowering stress levels, calming the mind, boosting concentration and therefore productivity, team building and provides a general sense of wellbeing.
